When we started working with the company the existing oven was ran with dials and the temperature controller they were using was going obsolete. We not only designed them a retro-fit-table control, we also designed the next 3 generations of controls; Adding digital capabilities followed by generation 2 with a touch screen, and now generation 3 in launching.

SOLVING REAL WORLD PROBLEMS
The customer’s original complaint was they could not keep the machine in calibration. We were called in to assist and found the most impractical cause of the problem. Sometimes it needs fresh eyes. Sometimes in needs people with the experience to know where to look. In this case it was 4 meters all from the same manufacturer that simply did not measure the same.

Our client was using infrared technology to make an oven that cooked like a grill. However, the power required to operate the machine put a huge burden on the incoming power. By using a custom algorithm developed by us, we were able to significantly reduce that burden by 25%. Which lead to cheaper installations and a lot more venues could now use the oven. In addition, they were able to file for a patent on this new method. They won the Kitchen Innovation Award in 2017 because of this new technology.
